BROKER/AGENT attests that broker is not a principal involved
in the purchase of the property and that broker is only
acting as an agent for a Prospective bidder. No commission
will be paid to any real estate broker / agent participating
in the purchase of the property. The real estate broker
/ agent must be present at the auction with his bidder.
2.
The broker / agent must meet all the requirements and
the broker’s client must be the high bidder and close on
the property in order for the broker to collect a commission.
A commission of 15% of the collected commission paid to
Century 21 All Professional will be paid to the broker that
has registered the winning bidder.
3.
If a bidder is registered with multiple brokers the first
registration received will be recognized only.
4.
Buyer and broker agree that Century 21 All Professional
and its Associates has not made any guarantee, warranty,
oral or written as to the condition, value, square footage
or quality of the property including the water, soil and
suitability of the property for any use the buyer may have
for it.
5.
By signing below you agree that you
have read the above terms and conditions, auction policies,
auction information and agree to defend, indemnify and hold
harmless the seller, auctioneer and Century 21 All Professional
and its associates with respect to this transaction and
against any claim from another broker with regard to this
prospective bidder. This agreement shall survive the closing.
6.
This registration must be received
by Century 21 All Professional 24 hours prior to the auction
by delivery or fax
